AI Skills OS is built on one thesis: foundation models are interchangeable execution engines, and organisational intelligence is the real asset.
The judgement, tests, evidence, and autonomy history live in the OIU, not in the model. The model just executes. When a better one ships, we offer what no one else can: model migration with proof.
We started in Singapore's financial services sector, where the stakes for getting AI governance right are high and the regulators are paying close attention. That's still the proving ground.
